چکیده
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prestasi atlet lompat jauh PASI Kota Palembang. Palembang sendiri memiliki tujuan sebagai pusat pembinaan, pengembangan minat, bakat dan budaya dalam melahirkan yang berkualitas. Metode digunakan penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan objek ataupun informan peneliti sekretaris umum Palembang, Pelatih juga Atlet. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, dokumentasi wawancara. analisis reduksi data, penyajian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil pada pencapaian 5 tahun lalu dimana dibuktikan dari temuan sudah kategori baik di setiap perlombaan diikuti mendapatkan podium juara.
